Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Kilo von Cheviot is an enchanting 4 week old German Shepherd puppy. One of our volunteers got a late night call about a puppy who was found and brought to the shelter. The shelter isn’t set up to bottle feed or to take care of such a young pup without a mom for any period of time. One of the people on the staff was nice enough to bottle feed the pup until we could get there. Kilo is doing well and making up for lost time. His little belly is so full of cottage cheese, baby food and formula that it is hard to pick him up. He loves the dogs in his foster family and fits right in .Kilo is very social and loves to be held. He is happy to hang out with mom in the kitchen or watch soccer with the guys.He won’t be up for adoption until he is 8 weeks old, but we will take applications.
